EXPECT DELAYS - Our order fulfillment times remain the same at 3 - 5 business days. However, given the current global pandemic, and increased shipping volumes this holiday season please expect shipping delays. 

We offer a flat $5.00 dollar shipping rate for orders outside of our local pickup/shipping area. Once your order has been filled tracking is not available. Due to COVID19 and the holiday season Canada Post estimates 3 - 5 business days delivery time within Canada. You will be notified via the email provided at the time of checkout when your order has been shipped.

XpressPost is now available at checkout. The shipping fees are calculated by Canada Post based on the standard envelope we use for shipping. Once the order has been fulfilled you will have tracking details available. At this time Canada Post estimates shipping for Xpresspost at 2 to 3 business days.

Local? We now offer free pick up and drop off within the greater Kelowna area. Please select the pickup option at checkout for pick up at head office located in the heart of Glenrosa. In order to accommodate locals we will be offering local drop off this holiday season. If you are located within 40KM of our head office location please select the drop off option at checkout. Please note that if you are outside of the delivery zone and have selected drop off you will be contacted to make arrangements for shipping or pickup. Please send an email to blackoakbaby@gmail.com if you would like to arrange a drop off if you are outside of the drop off zone.

We now offer a local shipping rate of $2.00 for our loyal customers who are unable to get to our new head office location. Please use discount code LOCAL at checkout for $3.00 off your shipping.
